On-line Technical Service Support

 

We at GBR Systems are committed to providing you with the best possible service.  Full time members of the GBR Service staff are fluent in English and Spanish. GBR is also proud to offer service for North America through Bowe Bell & Howell Mail and Messaging Technologies.

 

GBR provides technical support from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to end users and distributors worldwide. For after hours technical support, please call our hotline between 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturdays at 860-857-8809. It will be necessary for you to record a message with your name, company name and machine model # and service problem in the event the phone is busy or does not answer. This is to ensure service support will call back in order to assist you.
