GBR
provides technical support from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday to end users and distributors worldwide. For after hours
technical support, please call our hotline between 5:00 p.m. to 10:00
p.m. Monday through Friday or between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturdays at
860-857-8809. It will be necessary for you to record a message with your name, company name and machine model # and service problem in the event the phone is busy or does not answer. This is to ensure service support will call back in order to assist you.
