autoSET is the easiest to set up and operate inserting system available today.  All controls as well as loading and off-loading are ergonomically located.  It is also the most automated, most productive and most reliable inserting system available today.  The inserter is made up of individual PLC controlled, servomotor driven modules.  It can be easily reconfigured in the field to add or subtract modules and new components without software change.  Modular feeding systems handle both cut sheet and continuous form with easy quick changeover.  The inserter runs at speeds up to 18,000 per hour with the highest net throughput of any inserter on the market today.  The accumulator's unique design allows extremely high throughputs and the rugged 4-plate folder sets up automatically.  Electronic control is state of the art OMRON technology.  autoSET 18 is an open system that accepts other manufacturers read systems and file-based inserting hardware and software.
